This section describes how MedDxApp.com uses the Personal Data collected from users when they visit our Services, such as our website, apps, or other digital products.
B) INFORMATION WE COLLECT
MedDxApp.com does not collect personal information from users. However, when a side server is set up in the future to allow for Log-In Information, Subscription services, and Advertisements, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. Users will be informed of any changes and given the option to opt-in or opt-out of these services.
Information Collected Automatically:
Our Services collect information about how often users visit our webpages, how they use our applications, which features they use, and the pages they view. We use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect this information. By using our Services, users agree to our collection and use of this information to provide and improve our Services. Users can control cookies through their browser settings and other tools.
C) DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
MedDxApp.com will not store or disclose users’ information to any third parties except for data that is stored to monitor activity conducted on the webpage or within the App.

We may change this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

At our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We seek to protect the integrity of our site but have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
F) Compliance with State and Federal Laws
MedDxApp.com adheres to various state and federal laws regarding data protection and privacy. This includes compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where all data control and processing operations are carried out in strict accordance with the regulation. MedDxApp.com only uses a limited number of external service providers that meet high data protection and security standards for certain tasks, and they are contractually bound to keep any shared information confidential. Users’ data will only be shared with third parties without their express consent or if required by statutory law or a public authority or court.
Regarding the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), MedDxApp.com agrees to the requirements of the act, which mandates commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. Users can visit the site anonymously, and the privacy policy link can be easily found on the home page or the first significant page after entering the website. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to users upon login. MedDxApp.com also honors “do not track” signals and allows third-party behavioral tracking to improve users’ experience.
In compliance with the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), MedDxApp.com does not specifically market to children under 13. The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States, and MedDX.org takes the necessary responsive action, such as notifying users via email or in-site notification, within 7 business days if a data breach occurs. MedDxApp.com also complies with the Individual Redress Principle, which allows individuals to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.
Finally, MedDxApp.com follows the rules set by the CAN-SPAM Act, which sets requirements for commercial messages and provides recipients the right to stop receiving emails. MedDxApp.com collects email addresses to provide users with occasional updates and allows users to easily opt-out of receiving future emails by emailing the provided address.

License Agreement
Effective Date: 06 March 2023
Introduction:
This license agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and MedDx, the creators of the MedDx mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the App.
Liability:
MedDx cannot and will not be held legally, financially, or medically responsible for decisions made using calculator links provided on this application. Individuals with any type of medical condition are specifically cautioned to seek professional medical advice before beginning any sort of health treatment. For medical concerns, including decisions about medications and other treatments, non-medical users should always consult their physician or other qualified healthcare professional.

Intellectual Property:
MedDx is protected with the following United States patent applications:
a. Computerized system to provide medical prognoses and outcomes utilizing machine learning algorithms through a mobile device application. Application for Provisional Utility Patent. U.S. Patent Application Number 63/38,2530.
b. Patient Interface for Providing Medical Progresses and Outcomes Utilization Crowdsourced Machine Learning Algorithms through a Mobile Device Application. U.S. Patent Application Number 63/476,056.
Modification of Agreement:
MedDx reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and without prior notice to the User. The most current version of the Agreement will supersede all previous versions. The User’s continued use of the App following any such modification indicates the User’s acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Governing Law:
This Agreement and the use of the App shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the App shall be resolved through friendly negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, either party may submit the dispute to mediation. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within 60 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration. Any arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. The termination of this Agreement shall not affect any rights or obligations of the parties that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
Indemnification:
The User shall indemnify and hold Med Dx, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the User’s use of the App.
Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver:
The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.
Disclaimer of Medical Advice:
MedDx cannot and will not be held liable for any decisions made based on the information and predictions provided by the predictive calculators. The User is solely responsible for consulting a physician or other qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to their treatment plan or medical decisions.
Acceptance of Terms:
By using the App, the User represents and warrants that they have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If the User does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, they should not use the App.
